Graduated in law with honors from the University of Bari, he carried out a professional experience at the Italian Data Protection Authority and at the Presidency of the Council of Ministers (with the release of a letter of formal commendation from the Minister for relations with the Parliament and the Head of the Cabinet). Privacy consultant for many public administration and private organizations, he holds numerous academic titles, as, for example, Master's Degree in “Data Protection”, “Law in Computer Science” and “Digital Web Reputation Management”. From the academic year 2017/2018, he is a Contract university lecturer for Data Protection Law teaching in Computer Science Department of the University of Bari, and lecturer for many Master's Degree at Italians University as, for example, the Italian University Rectors Conference (CRUI). Currently, is member of the Scientific Committee of the University Short Master "Data Protection Officer" promoted by the Computer Science Department of the University of Bari. He is the author of publications in legal journals for issues related to data protection.
