Stefano Polimena is a PhD student at the Department of Computer Science, University of Bari Aldo Moro. He graduated with full marks and honors in Data Science in July 2021, discussing a thesis entitled "Single step and Multi step forecasting of the energy's consumers in electricity network". His research activities mainly concern the design and application of machine learning and data mining techniques for non-destructive contactless quality control in the agroalimentary supply chain.
