Massimiliano Altieri is a PhD student at the Computer Science department of University of Bari Aldo Moro. He graduated in Computer Science (Knowledge Engineering and Machine Intelligence) from the same university with full marks, discussing a thesis on "Graph convolutional neural networks for renewable energy forecasting", where he explored new ways to integrate spatial features into a time series forecasting model, using the graph convolution. His research interests and activity mainly concern the study of time series forecasting using graph convolutional neural networks and deep learning. His supervisor is prof. Michelangelo Ceci.
